Restricted Orders

New laws are passed every day. We do our best to keep up on local and federal laws, but it is your responsibility to know all current laws governing the sale, transport, making of, and ownership of firearms and its accessories in your state.

 

We will not ship Firearm Parts and accessories to the following States:

• Alaska: Ammunition cannot be shipped.

• California: Magazines over 10 rounds and Ammunition cannot be shipped.

• New Jersey

• Hawaii

• Washington

• New York

• Illinois: Ammunition cannot be shipped.

• Maryland: Magazines over 10 rounds and Ammunition cannot be shipped.

• Massachusetts: Magazines over 10 rounds and Ammunition cannot be shipped.

• Vermont: Magazines over 10 rounds cannot be shipped.

• Nevada: 80% Lower Receivers

• We provide affordable same day/next day shipping. If you have any questions about shipping or returns, please contact us.

• No returns on special order items (Not in stock)

• Canceling an order before it ships will require a 25% restocking fee. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Orders will then be subject to our return policy.

• We do not ship to PO Box addresses

• We accept return for New, Unopened, and unused Items within 14 days of shipping for a full refund. Returns are subject to a 25% Restocking fee and return shipping costs.

• We will not exchange partially milled 80% lowers. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

Ammo Purchasing Requirements

• Any buyer wishing to purchase pistol ammunition must be over the age of 21 years. All buyers wishing to purchase non-pistol ammunition must be over the age of 18 years to purchase any ammo. If you purchase ammo, you must never have been convicted of a felony, adjudicated as mentally defective, or been committed to a mental institution. By purchasing ammunition on this website, you certify that you can legally purchase, receive, and own ammunition where you live.
  
  
• To purchase ammunition, we require you email a copy of your driver’s license to prove your age.

PARTS AND WEAPONS KITS DISCLAIMER

We sell AR-15 and other weapon parts, accessories, and receiver blanks. We do not sell firearms. We do not maintain a Federal Firearms License (FFL), nor do we engage in the manufacturing of firearms. We do not provide gunsmithing, engraving, or other related services which may require Federal Firearms Licensing. It is your responsibility to know and understand all local, state, and federal laws governing the fabrication, production, gunsmithing, or otherwise making of a firearm.

• AR-15 PISTOLS AND RESTRICTED FIREARMS

• We sell components that, when purchased and used together, may constitute the making of an NFA, AOW, or other restricted weapon, like a short-barreled rifle.  It is your responsibility to know and understand all laws governing the making of a restricted firearm, including those governed by the National Firearms Act (NFA), the Gun Control Act (GCA) of 1968, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE).

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
